4.     Recognition of Audience (maximum 30 minutes) Citizens who wish to address the board should complete a “Recognition of Audience” form five (5) days prior to the regularly scheduled Board meeting and submit it to the Business Manager. Individuals will generally be limited to 5 minutes. Groups should select one representative to express their views. Generally, only the President will acknowledge public commentary. As this meeting is open to the public, but not a public forum, the Board will not debate issues as presented but will take such matters under advisement.
